to the fullest.  Who knows maybe you might get flashed!  Hahaha, I just
love word play.  On the left of every page, you will see "Doors".  These are
links to some great websites.  I left the titles off, to avoid prejudgement.  If
you come across any pop ups when clicking on a door, let me know right
away and the link will be removed.   If you are wondering how the name
came about?   I was given the nickname of
Flash by some teammates in
High school.  I was a  XC Runner in Alaska.  "There is no place like Nome".

An insight website, written with a passion for life...
I wanted to thank Jed's for their support in this website.  Before the website
was up they took a chance on this idea and bought shirts for the whole
crew. Their service is by far the best in the valley.   If you are in need of
bodywork and paint, give Jed a call @ 479-8683

The Rogue River.  The picture
to the left is the rope swing at
Indian Mary Park, Merlin
Oregon.
 Indian Mary is listed
in the top 100 campgrounds
in the US.  They also have a
great
Disc Golf Course.

The picture below was taken
inside of Hellgate, on the
Rogue River.  Oh look at the
birdie...
    This is the
    swinging bridge
    crossing the
    Illinois River
    Oregon. The last
    time I was
    there,  I watched
    someone do a
    back flip off the
    large rock on the
    other side of the
    bridge.  That is
    one hell of a
    long way down.
To everyone I've
met over the years.
To those who have
helped me.  To
those who have
given me a reason
to do better and to
achieve more.
Thank you… For
helping me be who I
am today...
Thank You...
